Parasitic Armoured Aarachnid

Gohma

Is a text shown at the beginning at the first boss fight of the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Parasitic? Sure, it eats the Deku Tree alive from the inside. Armoured? Definatley, its exo-skeleton is invulnerable to your sword. But arachnid? Hardly. Why? The definition of arachnid is spider, or at least spider-related animal, but this? It has two arms which it uses to climb vines and attack little boys who tries to save their stepfather with, and a weird tail-thingey that can spit eggs out, which hatches into small gohma-hatchlings, that does not look anything like a spider whatsoever, except maybe for the exo -skeleton. Plus it has freaking lobster pinchers, of course scorpions has these too, and they are arachnids as well, but they don't have two pairs if them. And there's the eye, SPIDERS DO NOT HAVE ONE EYE UNLESS THEY HAVE LOST SEVEN OF THEM! So, that was my rant about why she should not be called arachnid, now to the REAL article.
The boss is very easy, if you have intelligence (apparently unlike me) enough to figure out the strategy. When its eye glows red, shoot it in the eye with the slingshot, and then hit it until it begins the second phase of the battle. Now it will climb up onto the ceiling and spit out some eggs, which will hatch into this, which can be one-hitted in their egg form, but has to be hit two times in their hatched form. But right before it spits out the eggs, her eye glows red, and that is your chance to hit her with the slingshot, now it will fall down from the ceiling and you will be able to hit its eye a couple of times with your sword, and after repeating this process, it will die. Sadly it died for nothing, because as the Deku Tree finishes his talk, he dies as well. So could we not have spared the spider since the tree dies anyways. By the way, why couldn't OoT's Gohma look like the one from Twilight Pricess.

See what I mean? Much more spider-like!
